Life in Portland just got a little bit better, as Peet's opened a new location at 36th and Hawthorne. Not walking distance from our new place, but definitely closer than the ones in Lake Oswego and on NE Broadway.

damn, a stone's throw from our old pad! ah well, i actually rarely patronized the local cafes anyway. my caffeine addiction isn't as advanced as some others'.
